Vendor Timeline:
All Vendors with Trailers will set up Thursday the 9th from
9am to 6pm,
Vendors with Tents must set up Friday the 10th from 9am to
6pm,
Indoor Vendors (Strawberry Kitchen) may set-up Thursday or
Friday the from 9am to 6pm
Vendor Load in (Products Only) between 7 and 7:30am Both
Event Days.
(All other product must be hand trucked in from vendor lot)
All vendors required to be open between 8am to 6pm both days.
Vendor Awards and Coordinator Event Recap and Thank yous will
be in the Beer Garden at 6:15 pm on Sunday
Tent Vendor Tear Down must be complete by Sunday the 13th at
8pm
Trailer and Sponsor Tear Down must be complete by Monday the
14th at 2pm
We will have a security team at the fairgrounds from
Thursday 6pm to Monday 9am
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS:
>From I80 Take HWY 65 North,
>Exit Washington Blvd,
>Turn Left on Washington Blvd,
>Turn Right on Corporate Yard Road,
>Turn Left into Gate J,
>Arrive at 110 Corporation Yard Road, Roseville, CA 95678
• Food Vendors must be open from 8am to 6pm on Saturday May 11th
• Food Vendors must be open from 8am to 6pm on Sunday May 12th
• Food Vendors must close at 6pm sharp both days unless otherwise
organized.
• It is optional for Food Vendors to be open from 8am to 10am however booth
must be manned.
Call the Placer County Fair at 916-786-2023, or Kristen (916) 749-9098, or John (916) 412-6490 if you have any
problems on the way. One of us will be in the Administration/Manager/Security office at the Fairgrounds on Thursday
and Friday for Set-Up. We will be in the
Fairgrounds Main Admin office on Saturday and Sunday if you have questions
during the event.
