You Can't Miss The Bears!!

The Famous Welde Family has featured their bears in the animated Disney Movie "Brother Bear". Also appearances in the movie "The Big Fish" and numerous appearances with Universal, Disney and 20 th Century Fox Studios have made them a favorite not only on the big screen but in their many personal appearances. Promoting the preservation of bears, Their Grizzly Falls Exhibit, complete with water falls and beautiful scenery allows the bears to enjoy a wonderful playtime throughout the day where the public can see their hilarious and inspirational antics as they teach us "simply by being bears."

The Legends of the American West is a historical reenactment troupe based in the Mother Lode and San Joaquin Valley of Northern California. As active participants of the Old West Living History Foundation, the Legends are dedicated to preserving the enduring courage, spirit and excitement of the Western Frontier, circa 1870 to 1899. Educational historical drama, light humor and fictional characters are portrayed in an authentic and historically accurate manner, with original costuming used during the era. Reenactments focus on the stories of those who fought for a way of life. TThere's always lots of shootin' and action, with 'nary an unsatisfied customer ('cept the ones up "Boot hill" way, them folk are quiet as corn growin').

 

Come visit the Mad Science Stations and be a MAD SCIENTIST at the Placer County Fair!

Alternate between the Slime Stations, and Fun Stations, spark your imagination, and learn a bit about how science  really is fun!

In his Traveling Medicine Show, Dr. Solar has blended Nostalgic arts of times past, added a bit of old-time Medicine Show flair, a blend of vaudevillian showmanship, comedy, magic, a little flim-flam, and a whole lot of pizzazz. With the slapstick frolics of his "woodpile wonders", and an assortment of animated objects, you have an inspiring show for everyone, all ages.

PARADE STARTS AT 6:00PM AND ENDS ON THE SUNSET LAWN.
