| Ashley Gibian is a communications major at California State University at Sacramento, and graduated with Honors from Lincoln High School in 2005. She is the first to hold four Placer County pageant titles ('98 Jr. Miss, '01 Jr. Teen, '05 Teen, and '07 Miss.) Ashley credits the Placer County pageants for her love of community service, and the many opportunities to host events.
