Travelers are encouraged to stay close to fun and families and take advantage of our year-round RV Park. Facilities include full hook-ups at 20 sites and limited hook-ups at up to 80 more, depending on other events, 30 amp service, restrooms and showers, all in a park-like setting of trees, grass, and picnic tables. Fee is only $30 per unit per night, or $180 per week. Reservations are not accepted. First come basis.
GENERAL RULES OF THE PLACER COUNTY FAIR AND EVENTS CENTER RV PARK
ADDENDUM TO RV RENTAL POLICY- 6/2011
- Association management shall have the discretion in its judgment to prohibit any RVs that do not appear to be well-constructed and/or well-maintained. Units shall at all times be in a roadworthy condition, with a clean and well-maintained exterior. Units not showing an acceptable level of "pride of ownership" may be denied rental.
- Units must have sleeping facilities, window coverings and approved electrical hookups (if used). We do not allow sleeping in cars, tents, or outside of units, nor will we accept converted school busses, horse trailers, or dead storage trailers, unless pre-approved by management
- Outdoor storage- items typically associated with RV travel usage (chairs, tables, portable barbeque, bicycles, etc.) may be kept outside the unit. Other personal property should be kept within the unit.
- Occupancy- A maximum of four(4) persons shall be allowed per site. Any amount exceeding that shall only be with the approval of the Fair. Additional charges may apply.
