3rd Annual Placer County Fair Rib Cook-Off

We have 20 teams competing for the title of Best Ribs in Placer County! They will all be serving you St. Louis Style Pork Ribs with their special recipes.
Ribs for the People's Choice Award will be served from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM when voting stops. Ribs will be sold until gone!
How do I get to participate you might ask?

Purchase your Rib Kit for $10.00 which includes a boat, 5 red tickets, and a yellow voting ticket.

Exchange your 5 red tickets for 5 ribs from the team of your choice.

Put your voting ticket into the piggy bank that you think should win.

Buy as many Rib Kits as you want! 4 Rib Kits get you 20 ribs to try all team's ribs and 4 voting tickets for only $40.00

Voting for People's Choice is from 1:30 to 3:30.

Rib Kits will be sold until ribs run out!
Judges' results and People's Choice results will be announced at 4:00 PM.
